Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted by email before the order is dispatched from our fulfillment center

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled

Do not ship any items back without first contacting customer support and receiving approval

Items must be returned in their original condition as instructed by our team
Product Condition Requirements
If you are not satisfied with the product:

A minimum portion of the original items must be fully intact and unopened

Upon approval, remaining items may need to be returned to our facility to qualify for a refund

Return instructions will be provided by customer support
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted, please contact us promptly with reasonable proof (such as photos).
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
